Before you upload

Which camera angle should I use?

Down the line is the main view and covers the most on its own: posture and knee flex at address, early extension, backswing length and hand movement. Face-on adds context on timing, stance width, head steadiness and hip sway. One view is enough to start; see the filming guide.

What can a phone video tell me?

It shows movement in a two-dimensional image. Estimates depend on framing, lighting, lens and tracking. General guides do not establish your personal optimum or prove the cause of your miss. We do not supply ball speed, spin, carry or club face angle from phone video.

How long will analysis take?

You can follow the current state on your order page. Results requiring an owner check can take longer. There is no guaranteed turnaround during preview.

What if my upload fails?

Refresh your order to check whether it finished. You can cancel an upload, retry after a connection failure, or send replacement footage when requested. Do not pay for another order to replace an unusable video.

How private is my video?

Files are stored privately and signed download links expire. Keep your order link private. Original uploads are scheduled for deletion after 90 days; interrupted uploads after one day. See the privacy statement for retention and deletion requests.

Do I need an account or a subscription?

No. We email a private link. If it expires, recover your order using the checkout email and order reference.

How do refunds or follow-ups work?

Follow-up comparisons are not currently sold. Preview checkout collects no real money. Read refund information or contact support about an order.
